Enjoy a fun and upbeat yoga class for all ages, followed by some follow-along brunch recipes. Learn a new no-mess, vegan, and kid-favorite recipe each week, that is easy to whip up in the kitchen after a home yoga practice. The recipes will vary each week and all ingredients and instructions will be sent prior to the scheduled class, if you wish to follow along live. Otherwise, save the instructions for later and sit back and take notes from our awesome teacher Nikita, as she makes magic on the mat AND in the kitchen!
