2. Recirculate your circulatory system with Legs On the Wall
Reenergize the blood flow with this restorative pose that is easily accessible for all. Grab a few cushions for comfort and lay flat on your back with your legs on the wall, as you improve your circulation for the new season ahead.
3. Lengthen the spine with Plough Pose
Release the back and lengthen your spinal cord with plough pose. Use cushions or blocks to assist as needed. A lovely posture to break in spring!
