Flow Together: Why Family Yoga Builds Stronger Bonds
Through touch, breath, and movement, family yoga opens up non-verbal channels of communication. Partner poses encourage cooperation and connection. Guided breathing or simple eye-gazing games invite families to slow down, look inward, and look at one another with intention. These gentle practices can improve empathy and patience at home.
Q&A with Our Founder Bill Ades | Inspiration Behind Llamaste Family Yoga
1. What inspired you to start Llamaste Family Yoga?
Llamaste Family Yoga was inspired through a collaboration between myself and my son who at the time was 11 centered around, well you guessed it, the llama. Llamas are fun, loyal, congenial and generally chill.
