Flow Together: Why Family Yoga Builds Stronger Bonds
Through touch, breath, and movement, family yoga opens up non-verbal channels of communication. Partner poses encourage cooperation and connection. Guided breathing or simple eye-gazing games invite families to slow down, look inward, and look at one another with intention. These gentle practices can improve empathy and patience at home.
5 Heartfelt Ways to Celebrate and Support Pride Month in the Yoga Community
Celebrating Pride in the yoga world is about more than rainbow leggings and hashtags — it's about living our practice. At Llamaste Family Yoga, we are committed to creating a space where *all* families, identities, and bodies feel seen, celebrated, and supported.
Q&A with Our Founder Bill Ades | Inspiration Behind Llamaste Family Yoga
1. What inspired you to start Llamaste Family Yoga?
